WES Secondary Verification multiple times?

Hi Every one,

This forum still running...? I am at the stage of secondary verification, but until today my university didnt receive any request from WES. Anyone facing the same issues..? (Anna University Chennai)

I'm facing the same problem since last 6 months. University confirmed that they did not receive any secondary verification email from WES. For that matter when enquired with WES they said they cannot reveal the email ID on which they have sent the verification email. I'm stuck between both of these since last 6 months. I'm planning to cancel the process and go ahead with other verification authority like CES.

Usually its registrar or Head of examinations department. Check there.
