Received Email meant for someone else from Immigration

Has this happened to anyone else, where you get email from IRCC that is meant for another person? Their privacy was breached and I know this person's name, their UCI# and other information.

I alerted them to this, and their response is to disregard it!???

I'm an auditor, and my company has a poop ton of mitigation steps when privacy has been breached, I'm shocked at their response.

Wouldn't be the first time. @luvtrump reported that he received someone else's CSIS case notes (via ATIP request). The document is apparently classified as "Secret". This is a very bad mix.

He should let his MP know, so they can lodge a complaint. No it's not good at all.
