Medical not updated

My medical done on 30 april
File loudge on 21 may
Biometric on 5th july updated on 6th july
But my medical is not updated till not and my eligibility and background check had not started
Can anyone tell me what is reason of this situation

Ok.. there is nothing to worry. In my case, I have applied on Nov 2020, biometric on Dec 2020. Medical upfront on October 2020. After that no updates even on medical. Then on march 2021, i got PPR. Medical was updated at that time only. Sometimes they wont update the medical in GC account even if they have processed the medical.
