our file is there in Italy visa office Rome too but we have not heard anything since march 19, 2021.

has any application whose ECAS shows we starts processing file on march 19, got any updates or ppr.
we are waiting since then.

Maybe there is some issue or mistake in there or missing information. I mean I would prefer them contact me to resend a form than to just return the file claiming is not complete. I suggest you download the latest version of the form, fill it very carefully sign it and submit to them ASAP. Any doubt you can request or inquire from this platform. But why they requesting this now when did you send your application?

Wow sounds to me like almost a year. Wow hope you can attend to it soon so they work on your file. Does it mean you don't yet have AOR even? You real lucky it wasn't returned., means they prolly do have it but need an update or something. Make sure you download the latest version of pdf heard it cud b a reason at times, even though not sure how true that is.

Really depends due to background check I heard. I mean pple have loads of travel history as well as past marriages, children etc. I assume these factor could determine the process time. Logically unpredictable I guess. Could be say from just days to about 3 months I guess.
