Gcms info sharing status shows Exempt CDA PR for all partner countries

Hello all,

I recently ordered my gcms notes and I am not able to understand what Exempt CDA PR means for info sharing status for all partner countries.
Could anyone help me understanding this?

The overall status for Info Sharing is complete though.

I am FSW outland applicant.

I just received the same exact thing, did you ever figure out what it meant? In my case, it might be relevant because my parents had applied for a PR when I was 9, we went to Canada for 1 month and decided to not immigrate, but this was in 2006 and doesn't make sense for to be exempt for something related to a US check because of history with canada from 15 years ago.

Also, this appeared under the info sharing FCC biometric and biographic for partner "USA", which is also relevant for me:

I studied in the US and may potentially have some immigration discrepancies.

I never figured out what that meant. I did have US visitor visa when I applied for Canada PR, and had given biometrics for the US visa. So, not sure if it was because of that.
