I’m checking updates for my application everyday but Is not even on process yet, any suggestions about why is taking longer? I saw other applicants with my same process time already had answers but mine is not on process yet

is your case still in federal court yet!

we sent application for Federal Court Review 15 months ago and my lawyer suggested to dismiss this application cause chances to win are too low (to save some money also) we dismissed app August 2020, we didn’t hear anything since then

My H and C application June 2021 Biometric done June 2021.
My visitor record extended to December 2021 and medical passed July 2021for this extension. Kindly advise, do I need to update my H and C application with visitor extension record upto Dec.2021. I had just applied for extension before submission of H and C application in February 2021.

ok this is why it’s Delay Don’t listen to the lawyer sometime if lawyer to says you have winning case you might be losing it if the lawyer said that he might be losing you have a win in case

I got decision made. Application was Refuse.

Sorry to hear that, try and order Gcms note to see the reason for refusal. Make sure u get involved in getting evidence for your next submission , if you dont think your lawyer did a good job , change your lawyer or possibly do it yourself.

Would look at the reasons for refusal and try to address those issues. If your letters have nothing to do with why you were denied there is likely no need for new letters.
