i receievd pre arrival service letter today,
then how it will take time to get PR letter?

I have no idea because you have not clearly explained what has happened. Pre-arrival services doesn't mean anything at all - there is no timeline from it.

However, you said the application was approved. How would it be approved without a COPR?

So your application was not approved in January, like you said.

Assume the process will take 1 year. If it goes faster, be grateful. Outland applications generally tend to go faster, but not always.

i also received pre-arrival service letter in 20 march.... but still waiting for PPR....
