Not yet but I had called 3 days ago and spoke to agent , then she asked me about my spouse that if he is inside CANADA and she put a note on my file and said it’s approved and I asked her that when I will get a portal email, she replied that she doesn’t know yet.

Yes it means you are pr and you have to reply to that email and declare you are in Canada amd they will send you email to upload your picture for pr card . Did you got Prearrival letter or any ghost update before? Did you checked your ECAs?

For those of you who are waiting for PR card. I got IRCC message on July 17 that my PR card application is approved and mailed.
