I am in same situation, Oct 2020 aor. Family reached canada in march. All stages passed and waiting for final decision. Raised a webforn to update address and it is updated as well. @legalfalcon please suggest the options hereHi

File is on hold due to overseas spouse.
She is in Canada now on SOWP and informed IRCC as well, but still waiting for final decision from last one month.

My timelines are similar to yours. AOR 25th August 2020. Got married and added spouse in Jan 2021. All stages clear in May 2021. Waiting for the final letter.AOR - 25th Aug 2020 with 1 outland dependent in India.
Everything Security/Background check .Eligibility passed since 16th March 2021
Both of our medicals are now expired in June 2021 end.
No request for re-medicals till now.
Called IRCC today and they said its open and in progress nothing on hold .

Brazilian passport holders can get one if they had a US visa for the past 10 years.
And that's all we need. We don't need a TRV in the passport as the eTA is electronic...
