congratulation!! how was your ceremony? my statu change since last week and i'am supposed to pass the oath July 20 but I stil do not receive the email with all information could you pleas tel me what date did you receive your email "

Thanks!Ceremony was quick (about 1hr). I received the email with the invitation to the ceremony 4 days after my status was updated on the online tracker. If your oath is on the 20th I’m fairly sure that you should have received it by now. Did you check your spam folder? If it helps, the subject of the email is “Notice to Appear: To take the Oath of Citizenship – by video Cxxxxxxxx(your case #)”.

It could take anywhere between 4 business days and 6 weeks for the citizenship certificate to arrive. Once you receive the citizenship certificate, you can apply for a passport. The current processing time is around 20 - 30 business days for passport mail-in application.

Raj is there something like special id for citizens? or only the certificate i mean something like pr card but for citizens?

Citizenship cards were discontinued in 2012. You'll have your citizenship certificate and your Canadian passport as proof of your Canadian citizenship.

Prohibitions activity status updated on June 15th, 2021. The only thing that has not been competed is the Citizenship Ceremony

Same happened me, I sent an email questioning it. It was a mistake on theyr end. And they said I didn't have to do 2nd test. I advise u to email them.

I got an email to submit all my passports since 2015.
Also I passed he test on May 2nd. Citizenship test status has been updated to Completed on May 3rd.

Passports submitted on July 15. I got an acknowledgment the same day that they were received.
Language, physical presence and prohibitions updated to Complete on July 15.
Ecas updated to decision made.

I'm surprised you received an acknowledgement for the submitted passport pages. Do you know which office is currently processing your application? You could find that out by looking at the email ID from which you received the passport pages request.

Office is Scarborough. I was surprised too because I've heard Scarborough is slow. The email came from an officer's direct email. But the email body said:
If you have any question, please contact us as soon as possible at CIT-SCARBOROUGH@cic.gc.ca
