But When I read here they always wrote the chance to get visa very low with diploma especially when you have BSc and you apply to UG diploma, and your age above 30

Which is 100% the truth - your chances of approval when applying for a lower degree than you already have is extremely low especially for mature applicants. We see it here on a daily basis. Not impossible, but very low.

People coming here to post anecdotal stories of their friend/cousin/sister/brother etc with a Masters degree in Computer science who applied for a diploma in baking and had their study permit hand-delivered by IRCC official to their home won't change the statistics that we see, just using this forum only as sample population.
