How to check where my visa application is being processed???

Hello All,

I am a Pakistani Citizen and I have applied for the Student permit with SOWP on 29th March, Its been 25 days since I passed my medicals(19th June 2021) and there is no update after that except couple of ghost updates. Now I want to raise a webform to check the progress of my application. But for that I need to know where my visa application is being processed. As for Pakistan Student permits, they are processed in either Poland (Warsaw) or Abu Dhabi.

Can anybody tell me how to find out the visa office where my application is in progress?

Calling IRCC won't help if your application is not SDS.

As non-SDS, It doesn't matter which office is processing your application. What matters is which office is your local VO? They are the only ones authorised to provide you information regarding your information. For Pakistan, I'm guessing that would be either Lahore. Islamabad or Karachi? You can send webforms to the one geographically closest to you (i.e. the office you would have gone to if you wanted to submit a paper application) or you can send the request to all 3.

Just type ircc webform on google and the use the first link you get .. Ideally it won’t ask you to select an office and by default it will go to ircc canada , they will then advise you where your file is being handled ..

Hi have you got any update on your visa application. I have also applied for sds with sowp from India on 20th May. I have not got any update yet

I got the medical request on 19th May, and passed my medical on 19th June, since then its been 26 days now and no updates on my/spouse's application. I don't know what is going on and when we will have the updates.

I am not in any particular groups for SP and SOWP, I have applied from Pakistan, and I have seen more then 3 cases where SP and SOWP is approved on different facebook pages and groups for pakistani citizens.

You happen to know the timelines for those Sowps ? I have recently applied for my husband who is in Pakistan. Just trying to figure out how high are the chances

I applied together from USA recently. I don’t know it was a good debate because i saw a lot of posts about Sowp rejection , i still did after consulting with a lawyer
