Hi there! Me and my wife received this letter in our Express Entry system. I think it is already NOI. So we have 45 days to complete profile on OINP system. My questions are:

1. What are our chances to get through? The fee is 1.5k and its not a small amount to just apply and wait to see what happens. Just wanted to know if any of you know any statistics of successful nominations from NOI. Tried to search in internet and didn't find much.
2. What are the processing times and etc. for OINP after NOI?
3. What are the benchmarks and thresholds for now? We have 466 points. I constantly see announcements about PNP thresholds. are those same thresholds as in EE system?
4. What is the processing time after (hopefully) successful nomination now, considering COVID and etc.? A person I know got nominated through Job Offer, but is still waiting for two years.

Thousand of thanks!

Okay, to answer your questions:

1. If your documents are good then nomination is guaranteed.

2. 90-120 days.

3. FSW draws are not happening, PNP draw cutoff will always be above 600 but your will have 1k+ score so ITA will also be guaranteed once you receive the nomination.

4. Nobody knows this, there are people waiting since 2019 for PR. OINP has paper based non express entry streams which takes 2 years to complete.

1.5K CAD is nothing for what you get with the nomination, there are people with 500+ scores waiting without ITA and getting direct invitation with 466 is impossible. My one advice if you are applying to OINP is to go through the OINP website very carefully and understand all the requirements, they have become very strict with incomplete applications and will return your application if it incomplete in anyway. The most common mistake people are making is not authorising WES access to OINP before submitting their application.
