Hello Experts,
I have opened my profile in express entry and got into Pool, I have completed my MBA in Vancouver, BC and now on Post Graduate Work Permit / Open Work Permit and working in a restaurant as a Shift Manager, I have mentioned my previous 4 years work experience as HR Manager into my Profile, but my question is what should I answer for "Was a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) issued for the current work permit? (required) " field, as my job has no LMIA and without this, my job doesn't count any point. Please help me out?

Thanks

If you wish to claim points for a job in Canada, it has go through LMIA. If not, you can claim points for that.

Thanks for your response, but as far I understand that LMIA is only for the candidate who is applying from outside Canada as the main fact is Local Market assessment, but I am from inside and applying locally then why should I need LMIA, I am really confused. Also in CIC says that does not need LMIA if from inside Canada, and on the other side says without LMIA job offer does not count points :(

LMIA can be claimed from inside as well.
If you are LMIA exempt or do not have LMIA, you can't claim points.
The employer will have to file it for you pay 1000CAD and get the certificate on your behalf.
