I mean did CIC request you to pay the fee and upload the receipt ? YES

Did that other person receive the payment receipt request after they submitted?YES

My aor June 1, biometric fee requested and paid on July 2, and waiting for BIL.

The other guy’s Aor June 7, biometrics paid July 7, and BIL received July 10.

It’s hard to say. There are some people waiting from “2020” july aor but some others got theirs in 45 days(maybe one example but still they got it)
As far as I see from the threads, under CEC stream the max is around one year.

Ya depends upon the case to case, last week if you see the thread few outland applicants recd in 6 months. Even my frnd received COPR in 5 months.

Exactly, no one can predict that...Because applications are processed in difference VOs and takes different times..Standard processing time is 6 months...

You can apply GCMS notes to get the recent application status of your application and actions till date...but it takes 1 month to get one and the cost is $5 to apply.....
