Looks like. But the executive said BC is in progress and refused to divulge any other details regarding Info sharing, Criminality and Security. How were you able to get this info?
You can have a look at my timeline, been 2 months since my medical was passed.Is there any Outland People who received COPR recently in this forum? Waiting for more than 5 months now
Just want to understand the time line
The wait is pretty standard - If you find the ******July 2020 AOR******** all the outland people just received PR in June, also after long waits of about 6 months. So its a good sign for us seeing as they applied during the initial hard lockdown.

-AOR March 22, 2021
-Medical passed April 10, 2021
-Biometrics completed April 10, 2021
-All stages passed, final decision pending.
Received 2 GU on 27th June 2021 and 11th July 2021.
How much time does it take to get the final decision on the application?
Since 27th June 2021, the final decision is pending on my application

Check with Ircc if there is a reason. when i called them yesterday they suggested me not to travel out of canada for long else they might put the file on hold till i am back.

That's a fake deadline if there no officer touch it.
From my GCMS on apr 28, assignment due date is May 22,but my recently GCMS on Jun 22, the assignment due date still is May 22.That's so sarcasm.
Received a GU today, would it mean anything at this point in time. I don't see any change in the status
