One can only link their app if their form data (pdf barcodes on IMM0008) is imported into GCMS system and a unique permanent app number is generated by GCMS.

Cannot say , how does it works , there is a guy received Aor without validated form

According to CIC, due to Covid-19 biometrics is ok within 10 years.
BUT, I see some is ok and got money back, some have to take it again. No one knows why
