Where to get digital photo? I called Walmart photo center, they don’t offer digital photo.

Many local passport photo studios offer digital photos as well. I got my photo from my local photo studio which mainly does passport photos and permanent residency photo shooting. I recommend calling the studio first if they offer to put the photo on your USB or send it through email.
