I am waiting for my oath from Scarborough office. What day of week they give you for oath? Is it possible to get it for Saturday or Sunday ? My application tracker shows everything complete expect ceremony which shows “not started”. On old webpage shows decision made but nothing else. Is it positive decision?Last update was July 5 since then have not received any email? Lastly how long is oath ceremony duration and start time?

You can't choose the date or time of oath. You'll be given a specific day and a specific time. Generally happens on the weekdays but I have heard of at least one report where the oath happened on a Saturday.

If you see "Decision Made" and you did not get any PFL letter (Procedural Fairness Letter) along with request for evidence or anything of that sort, then you can assume the decision is positive.

Lasts about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours (including registration, the ceremony + oath taking and signing oath forms). Set aside a couple of hours in case there are any technical difficulties.
