Ohhh. So you got copr directly through your gc key account not the portal thing. If there is portal thing then you won't need to apply for pr card. Did you apply for pr card already?

Yes of course. They show in review. They will take about 1-2 weeks in best case to approve photos. Once that happens, the PR card print and dispatch is automated. I have not seen a case with photos approved and PR card not mailed status.

I have a confusion. I uploaded only front side of photo in a portal. Do we need to upload the back side. Please help
