It takes a little bit longer for some people (has happened to a few people before). Give it a few more days.

Any idea when IRCC will return to normal processing in Saskatchewan? All health orders will be lifted on Monday so they should be back to normal, but then again IRCC is a federal office so maybe not. It's so frustrating to wait. I applied in 2019, been waiting for more than 18 months.

Have at least completed you test and if application interview? If not then you should contact them. I saw early 2020 having completed interviews.
