This is soooooooooooo long time! I’m in the same boat. Did you change your address or anything that might have caused such delay ? I am just trying to understand because I changed my address and my application never advanced ever since. I hate it when everyone is blaming “COVID” for the delay, yes sure it delayed us for some time but not to the extent of waiting more than 2 years for our application to move from one milestone to the next!

At what stage did you change the address and how long ago?
Do you think that file transfer will affect more than 3 months? Did you get gcms to see if file is in new location?

I applied July 2019, AOR October 2019, fingerprint received November 2019. Then I changed my address in Feb 2020. I believe it’s in Hamilton processing centre. All what I can get from IRCC is that it is “in process”

Get the gcms to see which location it is in. Call the MP of that locality(but first get the location name known from gcms before that). Sometimes calling mp works.

Yasir i'm 10 days behind you getting test , interview and decision made...so my oath will be just after you....let me know when you get Oath request...
