I dont think any country in the world offers citizenship to people who are not in the country. The test is one thing, but yo do the oath in another country. I have know to be wrong from time to time. But I'd doubt it.

Extremely unlikely for IRCC to allow taking oath outside Canada. I responded to a similar question here.
No you can't. You will have to be inside Canada. They will also confirm with you on this during the oath.
Have any of you tried to reach out to IRCC through their phone line lately? Tried multiple times this morning, and there is no option to speak to a real person. After sitting through their 10 min info session, I input my UCI number and that's it. "Please select one of the following options..."

Ur lucky. I done the test on 26th April, then I was called to do the test on 28th June. Which was a mistake, I passed the April test on 26th June. And still no progress. Its just a waiting game.

Received my Oath Letter on Saturday (03-Jul-21). It seems they issue these 1 week in advance of the ceremony. Please update the tracker thanks!
Update on mine. Not sure it matters but both the new tracker and ECAS changed status to complete today, acknowledging i became Canadian on June 25th. Must mean my certificate is on its way!
Received a notification on the tracker that i am now scheduled for an interview on July 19th & to await email outlining details. Meanwhile checked old eCAS and spouse has moved to DM.
