After passport submission

I submitted passport to vac over a week ago and no notification of documents been sent off to Trinidad no tracking number. However I obtain a tracking number via the helpline how do I know if my documents arrive in Trinidad? Will I receive a letter from the high commission that my documents were received please help.

Hi there I have recieved my package back with stamp passport and copr on June 30th 2020.

No never only the day it return I recieve mail from the vac it was returned. But I use to Track it using the tracking number via vfs global
