I applied on Jan 24th inside Canada and still waiting. Unfortunately, you would have to wait for a while my friend.
Looks like people who applied In early Jan are starting to get PPR since last week. I have raised multiple webforms and contacted MP. Nothing worked.
I am also thinking to fly back home and once approved, send my passport to stamp to local VAC. Just not sure if that would work, but I have heard people reinforcing that.

Yes, you can do that as well. You can ask for stamping anywhere in the world. If you have passport request. You just need to inform your local office. can you please share the date when you get PPR? If I will get I will share.
Someone in the forum I talked to applied on 15th Dec and is still waiting, and then I talked to few who applied on 11th and 17th Jan, and got their PPR already. I think people from December and January are starting to get their PPR, but obviously I have quoted just a few cases which might not represent the true picture
