@sandy3108 @Melikaaaaaaaa Yes your picture will be in review till IRCC opens your application for processing PR card. Also, I have seen lots of people having their Photo in "Review with IRCC" even though they got PR card. To know the real updates of your PR card, you can link your PR card application to your cic account by following the steps in below link.

You will only get to know if your photo is accepted or not only once the IRCC starts picking your PR card application.

How long will it take to receive PR Card after getting eCOPR? It is been three weeks already to get eCOPR. Trying to add PR Card application in my CIC profile but not getting added. Can anyone please guide me!!!!!!

Same here, I sent my picture and letter last week and they arrived to the visa office a couple of days ago. I've been trying to link my application since but no combination of info works. Do I have to wait a bit longer? I have been trying to use my last name and UCI. Is there any way to obtain my application number or any other way to check the status of my application?

I have no idea about application number. I am also trying to use UCI number and last name option and didn’t work for me so far!!!!

Decision made today

Never saw my application status on ECAS till today and I don't have started processing date either. Just AOR straight to Decision made.

Does ECAS allow you to see your status? How does that work?
I am trying to link my PR application to my account but it won't work.

Hi guys I had submitted my pic and address in the new portal a months ago and address was approved but pic under review, 2 days ago I had an update in my cic account that I had linked to portal that my my application for PR card has been approved, but still my pic is under review, do you think now that they have approved my application in cic it means they are going to mail the card?

Hey, what is your eCOPR date and which IRCC office? I do not think you need to worry about pic which is still under review in new portal. You linked your application in CIC profile and which has been approved means your PR card is already in mail and coming to you.

Can you please tell me how you enter your place of birth information? Exactly as it is in eCOPR? Because my place of birth in eCOPR hasn't come in full. So do I have to write partial which mention in eCOPR or full name of birth place as of my Passport???

This is normal. A lot of people who got PR cards have their picture status as in review. So, don't bother about the portal picture status.
