Can I create my profile before getting 1 year experience( 12 days to 1 year)

I started my job on January 4, 2015. I should have completed 52 weeks for CEC on Jan 3, 2016. I took 4 weeks unpaid leave in may 2015 to visit my home country for some urgent family reasons. I got ITA on Feb 10, 2016. I have counted and found that i received ITA in 54th week of work, excluding 4 weeks leave. Should i go ahead with the current ITA ?

Also, i think i took one or two sick days off here and there in 2015 and 3 days off during Christmas week for a short fun trip to US. I am not sure whether i have completed 52 weeks of 30 hours/week work. Can anyone pls give some suggestions.

I am in the same boat. I received my ITA on 55th week of my work experience count( excluding 6 weeks unpaid vacation I took on 16th March 2019- 26th April 2019). M I good to accept the ITA and proceed further with my application?

7th of November 2019 started and continuously working no paid or unpaid leaves yet. Can anyone tells me what my ITA date should be?

Would anyone tell me when can I submit the express entry profile?

52 weeks means 365 days?

The majority here says you can submit but if I receive ITA before 7th of Nov 2020 then I should decline ITA. Then why would I submit EE profile if I can't move forward before 7th of Nov 2020?

U can submit the profile a month before your 1 year experience. its the invitation that counts, when u get ur invitation you must have completed 1 year or else u might have to reject the invitation and wait for the next turn until the 1 year tenure is achieved.

In 2018 there were many issues about this. People were told to refuse invitation and get a new one. After covid, many changes happened I heard. With the information I knew, I’d start over, to avoid any risk. Try to find recent information about it inother posts

No issues. Generally, CIC system calculates 1 year as soon as it enters to 12th month of work experience.

Submit your application post July 15th, you're good to go.

I created my 1 month before my experience under CEC, if I get the invitation before my experience will finish is it, problem for me?
On the other hand if I submit my documents when my whole experience finish?

Hi, I created profile 5th july and I got invitation on 8th july. But My experience will be complete on 23 July so what need to do. Can I go with this invitation and submit documents after complete the experience, that is OK?
or need to wait invitation after the complete experience?

Submit your application post July 23, 2021 with your existing ITA.

Hey Prabh, I'm in same situation, completing my experience by August 5 and thinking about creating profile before completion. Did you applied with the invitation you received ?? or thinking about getting a new invitation ?
