Length of PGWP for one year Fast Track Program

Hello,
two months thinking about this an i still can't find an answer, i posted this question on many groups and i even emailed the college but with no respond, i think because not many people taking this program.
Anyways, i am considering to apply for 1 year fast track program on "centennial college" the origin length of the program is 2 years. so my question is: how many year i can get when i apply for the PGWP?
Most People says 1 year, so i hope i can find the answer here from someone who actually took the program or know some who done it.

Your PGWP will follow whatever original length your program is. It doesn't matter how fast you completed it. So if the original length is 2 years, you might get 3 years of PGWP.

Accelerated programs
If you complete your study program in less time than the normal length of the program, you may be eligible for a PGWP valid for the full length of your program.

For example, if you complete a 1 year study program in 8 months, you may be able to get a PGWP valid for 1 year.

just to make things clear, here's how fast track programs done in "centennial college":
if the original program length is 2 years, the fast track of that program is 1 year. what they do is to get access directly to the second year, because you already study some courses of that program in your home country, so they take them off.

I checked the fast track program courses and i found almost the same courses in the second year of the original program, but with just little more hours of study, (each Fast Track Course is 1-2 hours plus than the second year courses of the original program).

So from the explanation mention above, does fast track program at "Centennial College" count as accelerated program?
if yes, then i am 100% sure that i will get from 2 to 3 years PGWP after finishing the program.
if no, and fast track are not accelerated program, then the length of the PGWP would be 1 year to 8 months.

i hope someone with experience about Centennial College's Fast Track programs correct me and share the answer that i am looking for.

BTW, here is what Official Canadian Website said about both situation:

Situation 1:

If the officer notes that the duration of studies was shorter than the duration of the program, as indicated in the letter confirming the completion of the program of study, and the program was not completed in an accelerated form, the post‑graduation work permit may be issued in accordance with the
duration of studies. For example, if the applicant undertook classes for a period of 12 months, not in an accelerated form, but their degree notes that it is a 2‑year degree, the post-graduation work permit may be issued for 12 months, in accordance with the duration of their studies.

Situation 2:

If a student completes their studies in less time than the normal length of the program (that is, they have accelerated their studies), the post-graduation work permit should be assessed on the length of the program of study.
