As far as I know there is no process of combining applications. If you want to do that one of you needs to withdraw application and then get added as a spouse to other application. my suggestion would be to just wait for result on both existing applications.

So you mean that we wait for the decision on our applications and then disclose that we are married ? Getting CoPR after AOR(March-2021) could take a lot of time as we are FSW-O and we're getting married next month. Would disclosing the marriage after such a long period will be fine?

Even after more than six months, my spouse details have not been added to my account as a dependent/secondary applicant. IRCC call line says that the only update they see is that they received and acknowledged the documents. My eligibility was passed before marriage and security and criminality has not been started yet as per the IRCC call line.
Should I be worried with this delay of adding my spouse? Anything I can do?

Its an administrative delay and no one has worked on your file. There is nothing to be concerned as such since your eligibility once done will not be reviewed again. Only your spouse's documents will be processed and added.

Send a webform in a few weeks and ask.

Marriage: 10-Mar-2021
Webform sent to inform IRCC: 25-Mar-2021
Received email from Paris: 12-Apr-2021
Webform sent with Spouse docs: 21-May-2021

And now waiting for them to acknowledge and update my profile or at least for them to request additional documents or spouse bio but nothing so far…

I hope anyone with similar conditions gets some update. Please let me know if you are in similar situation or know when they would acknowledge and update.

Try sending email directly to the processing office. Maybe it gets their attention.
also ensure you have sent all required docs via webform correctly. Also as far as I understood, Paris office seems to be the only processing office working on FSW Outland cases esp. for those who have married. Some cases have been stuck in distribution between offices. This required GCMS note for you to notice.

Also, I noticed that people who got their spouse added had AORs before feb 21.
Just speculations for now and hugly just depends on which VO is processing our case. Mine for instance is in CIO Sydney and know for a fact that Eligibility has not started. This could also bethe reason why spouse is not yet added.
