Arrears/ Backlog

Hi,

I have completed my Bachelors degrees on 2013 (2010-2013) and joined an IT firm immediately, later i did my masters 2015-2017 MBA, the college had updated Arrear for my project although I have submitted on time after multiple followups, I will be getting it updated along with course completed certificate on 2021.

My work experience started from 2013. But my masters was completed on 2017 but due to backlog will receiving the completed certifcate on 2021.

Can someone please clarify as I am concerned about my work experience how will it be calculated? and what will be Masters degree awarded year?

If your work experience started after Bachelor degree and before starting Master's (unless the MBA was part-time), it can be taken into account as work experience.
Note, to qualify for EE, you will need one yer continuous work experience (no GAP in work history even if jobs were switched )

Thanks for the reply. I did my MBA as part time from 2015-2017, I had no gaps in work experience from 2013-present .
Bachelors - 2010-2013 full time / Masters MBA - 2015-2017 part time distance learning [As university had my Project marks updated as Absent, after multiple follow-ups I will be getting my certificate on 2021 so course completed year would be 2021] / Work experience - 2013-present.

Can you please clarify, if my Masters be considered in this case. And how will my work experience be calculated.

If you masters is accredited by an accrediting institution such as WES, then it is fine. Your work experience is fine too.
