I am a March 2020 applicant, passed my test on May 20, 2021 but still my tracker says everything in progress except the Background check. and my tracker updated on June 24, 2021 but sill they have not updated my test results. I am really worried getting tensed, do not know what will happen, what can I do next,

This is so strange. This is the third report I'm seeing for applicants of Brampton where Physical Presence, Prohibitions and Language are set to completed even before taking the test. But that's good!

After your test is set to "Completed", you might see a "Decision Made" status on ECAS.

Should this not be the correct way though? It makes sense to offer a test after the file has met all the requirements and knowledge verification is the only thing left to be tested. What if after the test, you don't meet eligibility, then you wasted your time giving the test as you may have to reapply. You know what I mean?

Well, true I agree with that logic but for MOST applicants, that is not how the workflow has been working. This is the third case for a "Brampton" resident whose workflow appears to be "out of the norm". It is interesting that only Brampton residents (the only other exception are applicants from Quebec) are seeing this type of workflow - Everywhere else, Physical Presence, Prohibitions and Language are set to "Complete" AFTER the test at the time of DM.
