Guys the letter for passport submission asks for my height and eye color. But I dont have appendix B in the letter, just appendix A for photos. Should I just print height and eye color on blank paper and put it in package?
Please advise.
Just create a separate word document and add this information for each of the applicants. I've read in this forum that it's worked earlier.

Not a bad idea, this is what the High Commissioner, Canada in India, and VFS said last year, that you could go to another country for biometrics, not sure about passport stamping.

If you look at the pattern for unlocking VFS services, it has been reopening services every 10 days. So I'm hoping the next one would be passport stamping.

Either way, time to take a holiday soon!
We can submit our passports for stamping at any VAC across globe.

Hi Everyone, just want to ask, can we use our POF since we are already approved, due to urgent and emergency matters i need money..and just get it back once you land in canada?

Thanks!
The officer at port of Entry might ask you to show valid POF when you land in Canada.

Haven't you sent the passport to VO in January 2020?

Would you tell, please, did they ask you anything apart from remedicals? Police certificates, for example, or something else?
Hello,
I was not asked for anything else after remeds. Just letter to submit passport with photos, RFPR receipt and eyecolor +height

No news so far.

I am currently in France with my family and we are not sure if we will be back in UAE. We would like to travel directly from France to Canada.

Would it be possible, once we receive our new PPR, to submit our passport in France rather than our original VO ?

My Agent told me that it is possible that IRCC will just extend our CoPR without even submitting again our passport (all our passports have still a long validity period). What do you think @legalfalcon ?

Thanks

Guys,

Re. PPR:

1. Do we need to send a copy of ALL pages of our passport?

2. Can we send by private courier service (DHL, FedEx, UPS) rather than registered mail?

Thank you,

FYI PPR-2 folks, Your Eyecolor and Height is already mentioned in your old CoPR under the Personal Details section. For kids obviously the height will change, for adults you can copy the same information.

Hi, I had my CoPR approved before March 18, 2019, but haven't received the "Still Interested In Immigrating" email by IRCC to date. My Account hasn't been updated at all. I have contacted them via a web form, but wanted to know whether we need to reply to the email before the account gets updated. I hope I haven't missed the email through spam.

Anyone pre-March 18 in the same boat?
Me. ‍♀

You can request IRCC to allow you to submit your passports at any vo across the globe. Also, if you have a COPR, IRCC may just issue you an authorisation letter by email instead of asking you to submit your passport.

Thank you for this information. Does anyone know if they just send "do you want still to immigrate" e-mail without any reflection in the profile? Usually every mail is also displayed in the profile so it is impossible to miss it if you check your profile daily. If they just send an e-mail, it can go to junk folder or even get lost, it is not a safe procedure. Thanks for your replies, mates.
I received just the email, there wasn't any update on my profile at the time. The update on the profile took place only after I responded to the email.
I agree it can be missed if it goes to Spam automatically.

Just a tip, you can create a new filter in Gmail that prevents this situation:

1. Log in to your Gmail account.
2. Click the GEAR icon at the top right and then click SETTINGS.
3. Go to FILTERS AND BLOCKED ADDRESSES and click CREATE A NEW FILTER.
4. In the FROM section, type the email address of the sender that you want to keep out of your Spam Folder.
5. Click CREATE FILTER.
6. Check NEVER SEND IT TO SPAM and ALSO APPLY FILTER TO MATCHING MESSAGES boxes.
7. Click CREATE FILTER again.

Hi Guys,

Going to be flying out on 24th after a rollercoaster ride. Got tested positive for COVID 2 weeks back and just got the negative result today.

Just a quick question if anybody can shed some light on it, information has come in that if we provide a positive covid test 14-90 days before travel then we are exempt from the testing on ground and consequently the hotel quarantine.

Has anyone gone through with this? or have any suggestions/ feedback? Going to be flying out on 24th morning from Dubai, if anybody else is on the flight would love to co-ordinate but I think at this point it's wishful thinking
Hello, did you allowed to enter canada after recovered from covid 19 only 10 days before flight? Or you rescheduled your flight?
