Hi I received the invitation to apply for my parents for 2020 and I sent in the completed application around the 12th of February and it's been 4 months and I have heard absolutely nothing from immigration. I tried linking application but I haven't received any application number then I tried to check using the online tool and got nothing from there either. Should I be worried?

No most people have not received AOR. This is a long process.
