I have my T4 and NOA from last year.
But i was working two jobs last year.
out of those two i left one job and currently working one job only.
will it be enough to submit one job paystubs and T4 and NOA from last year.

You would have to look up if your NOA meet the Low Income Cut Off "LICO" income requirement.

my income of last year was 49000$
and i am inviting only one parent
don’t think last year income will be the problem.
But my concern is that i am only working one job nw. and this year my income will be less.

just wondering will they gonna consider this year’s income on the basis of my employment letter and paystubs.

I don’t know as you have only been PR for a month. If you meet LICO then you should be okay.

Yes you can use previous income from before you received PR. You need to count all your family members even if they are not travelling to Canada.
