Yeah. I submitted the same one though (soft copy). I kinda think it's because within their own teams they didn't pass it on properly when transferring office haha

Hi, if it says "Application Received" on ECAS after it was already "in process" for months, does that mean the file has been transferred to the VO? Is this AOR2?

My biometric and medical was recieved as of March 11, 2021 and no update since then. Application status still shows "in process" .
Is this normal?

Congrats to all who got their passport requests! My AOR came in April and nothing since then. Unable to link my app,although trying every day following all the steps. Ecas shows “in process” for months. I guess there is some kind of issue with my app.

It happened to use too. We couldn't link the application for 2 months.
You need to check your PA's place of birth, any spelling mistake. Follow the original form you sent.
Also you need to provide right number for you, spouse and any dependents you have. so 2 + any dependents you have have.
Open a new account for PA, I tried to attach it to my account with secureKey. Didn't work.
Open a GCKey account.
For us the main issue was the place of Birth. They put the district name instead of the town name.
