i just checked my weekly average for the last 2 semesters which is 19 hours i had covid in between so did not work, and last year i worked full time due to government loosening rule for international studentsYou said it was a mistake.

You don’t need to explain to us. We are not IRCC. Only IRCC can decide on your application. However, imho, the average hours may not be considered if the VO handling your application will apply the rules strictly. Still, up to VO to approve or refuse.
And to add to what @rogelcorral has just said, they will look into your academic transcript. Experience shows students with poor grades are most likely not committed with studies, but were working over hours. If you fall in that category, expect officer to pack your application and pull your file from other sources. But bottom line, rule is very clear-20hrs a week. I have seen you referred your brother to justify your wrong, and some poster were like you should be okey. You’ll only be okey soon you have your PGWP and PR
Are you posting for your brother? Or for yourself? Because if you have good grades and complying to the rules regarding work hours, then what are you so worried about?
no its for me, my average work hours every week for the past 2 semesters is around 19, but some weeks i did 22,23 thats what im worried about
