I'm gonna apply for pgwp in September, im so worried right now as i was working for 22 hours average every week, should i lose all my hopes or is there a chance the officer might overlook this mistake
You should be fine IMO.I'm gonna apply for pgwp in September, im so worried right now as i was working for 22 hours average every week, should i lose all my hopes or is there a chance the officer might overlook this mistake
How can it be a mistake if you consistently flouted the rules for weeks?I'm gonna apply for pgwp in September, im so worried right now as i was working for 22 hours average every week, should i lose all my hopes or is there a chance the officer might overlook this mistake
Did you work on or off-campus?I'm gonna apply for pgwp in September, im so worried right now as i was working for 22 hours average every week, should i lose all my hopes or is there a chance the officer might overlook this mistake
So my brother worked at this place where he used to work 24, 3 days a week, he said 24 is the most common people work here as part time as an international studentHow can it be a mistake if you consistently flouted the rules for weeks?
Off campus brother, i mean what is the chance they will check? I wont even give my SIN while filing the pgwpDid you work on or off-campus?
Who said that 24 is the most common part time as international student? Always rely only on IRCC official information. So my brother worked at this place where he used to work 24, 3 days a week, he said 24 is the most common people work here as part time as an international student
IRCC checking on the minute details of work hours is your least concern. It may or may not be checked. But, if one cannot follow a simple rule, that says a lot about that person. Just saying...Off campus brother, i mean what is the chance they will check? I wont even give my SIN while filing the pgwp
The most stringent rule on a study permit is not exceeding 20 working hours per week for a full time student. For anyone to say they were not aware of this is preposterous.IRCC checking on the minute details of work hours is your least concern. It may or may not be checked. Right now, your best hope is to have a lenient VO handling the application. Again, application may or may not be approved. It is entirely the VO’s decision.
ive seen people do it, especially my brotherWho said that 24 is the most common part time as international student? Always rely only on IRCC official information.
i never said i didn’t know it,The most stringent rule on a study permit is not exceeding 20 working hours per week for a full time student. For anyone to say they were not aware of this is preposterous.
Unfortunately, people doing it doesn’t make it right. We are here on a temporary status only. The least we can do is to respect the rules of our host country. Does IRCC say international students can work more than 20 hrs a week off-campus?ive seen people do it, especially my brother
You said it was a mistake .i never said i didn’t know it,
i just checked my weekly average for the last 2 semesters which is 19 hours i had covid in between so did not work, and last year i worked full time due to government loosening rule for international studentsIRCC checking on the minute details of work hours is your least concern.
