I think it depends on # of dependents and complexity of your application etc. but it was pretty fast to me and took only 2 days after providing personal info.
Btw my local office was Etobicoke.

By I am single inland, I think it depend on vo

Just got my decision made on ecas but nothing in gckey. When I clicked into decision made it does not tell approve or not. Is this normal?

I just got my DM too. When you click into DM can you see the result? I clicked into decision made and it shows nothing whether approve or not. Is it same for you?

It’s normal. I didn’t see the update on Gckey as well. You will expect a letter from your local VO to set up a portal account.
