TR to PR pathways - essential job experience - only 7 days less in one year

Hi,
i have almost one year of exprience (only 7 days less in a year) in the essential job category of non-health group in past three years. i am currently working as supervisor on gas station.

Can i still apply under essential category of non-health group under this temporary pathway to PR ? given that only a week less in my experience? IS cic very strict with days or they will accomodate?

Has anyone knowledge and share their experience.

Technically you do not qualify. Yes, IRCC is generally quite strict.

However you can certainly give it a try and see what happens.
