@legalfalcon I got the COPR and my TRV application is in progress. Are they going to cancel my TRV application or I will need to request withdrawal of TRV application by attaching the COPR?

If you are in Canada and received the COPR, your TRV will not be processed. If you are not in Canada, your TRV will be processed as usual.

I am not the expert but I think, during PR process, your Job offer/ Close WP(with LMIA or LMIA exempt) should be valid. But if its not then they might deduct points which it has been claimed for. Its my 2 cents.. let the experts comment on it @legalfalcon

I have aor jan 6 2021, received my gcms notes and its reveiew required with a note by case analayst that lmia expired on august 28 2019 although i had taken the closed WP from may 2021 for 2 years and when i applied for Pr under FSW inland my WP was valid until this may 2021 and now BOWP until march 2022. I am wondering why analyst gave 0 points for arrnged job offer and now when review will take place by officer

Does it mean the officer has satisfied with the evidence I provided regarding my intent? Or Is 87.1(1) included in the eligibility assessment?

If you claimed points for arranged job offer, one of the conditions was that the offer would be "for at least one year after [IRCC] issue(s) your permanent resident visa." Make sure that your offer letter depicts this of this is met.

That could be one of the reasons.

Thank u legalfalcon and yes it was mentioned in the note that job offer valid for one year but still I don't know why job offer points was not considered and note is written that Bec lmia expired on Aug 28 2019 so score and fsw points fall below the threshold

so according to me they took out from crs 200 points for ceo position and 10 points from FSW points

ita was at 469
seniors and legal falcon please identify and help what could be reason for review required also i have heard they unncessarily put all fsw undr review reqd nowadays since the reason is weird saying lmia expired.
