My wife's Biometrics Request came late on June 18 and they requested additional document (Proof of Relationship) today June 23.

How did you submit your Passport? Just same process with Biometrics, book an appointment online? Thank you.

Actually, VAC told me not to book an appointment and to just go to their office to submit my passport and documents. Not sure about other VACs though.

Thank you for your reply! So maybe it will be the same with your case as the only option to book an appointment online is just for Biometrics Enrolment.

FYI, it's been 7+ weeks since medical provider uploaded exam info, but still not showing up as passed on GCKey site. But got a response to my web form inquiry, and they informed me that the info was received and my application has move along to the NY office. So, there's hope if others are in a similar situation.
