Work experience NOC help

If I have 1.5 year of experience as a banking manager, 6 months in Insurance underwriting, 1 year in HR.

Can I count this as 3 years or more for expressentry or any PNP.

or it should be in the same domain?

please help and let me know.

You can count it as 3 years as long as jobs are in NOC A, B or 0.

Hey Ben if all of the experience is not in same NOC or same domain? Can I use the above for PNP and Express entry both?
