Lost AOR letter, no application number how to track process

I remember I have some sort of notification in March but don't remember it was mail or email, was trying to find it but can't locate both. Received an email telling me to register online for process tracking with application number on AOR and AOR cannot be found, what is my option here? Thanks.

Call IRCC and ask them for your application number. They'll give it to you.

Huh? How is the OP supposed to get the application number for the status portal while the application number is mandatory for registering on the said portal?

I tried to call 19992422100 many many times, I cannot reach anyone on the phone, it keeps hanging up on me due to high volume calls. I can't even wait in line, keeps asking me to call back later

Try calling around 8 AM local time.

Oh great! Thanks a lot! I remember I was using this link to check my PR process without an application no. Thanks a lot! but do I still need my AOR in the future?

I am not sure till when this old ecas link will be active and they have been moving to this new site for getting the status which is more detailed.

If you submit the webform and ask for the application number, i am sure they will provide that or call them as suggested by others to get that on the phone.

Call IRCC to get your application number... that's the only way
