i think Agent LP26137 is the one and only agent in ETOBICOKE office . I sent an email to Etobicoke office regarding any updates on my file couple of months ago and this was the agent who replied to my email , or may be all ETOBICOKE office agents use this( LP26137 ) code to communicate with applicants .
Did you receive any update till date now ? My file was also transferred to Winnipeg VOMy file is transference to winnipeg VO
