Same here. I thought I am the odd one out. AOR-20 Mar, Medical - 7 Apr. From then its all quite.

The information in CIC Portal will not reflect the correct status. The status is same for me even after getting COPR . To get accurate information call the IRCC and they will update you instataneously as to which are ones are passed and which is pending. Considering your AOR , most probably there should be only Background Check pending.

Thanks for your input.. Between I called IRCC today and they updated me that my application is in progress @montreal Immigration office.
My Background check is currently in progress and Eligibility check not yet started, seems like my application is Behind .
