Confused over two NOC: 2147 / 2173

Hello,
I have been trying to figure out my NOC but I am very confused. My job duties were (as given by my experience letter by company)

- develop algorithms for signal processing applications coded in MATLAB
- implement and code this algorithm on fpgas (hardware language) + dsp kits (c-programming)
- simulation and testing of system using simulating tools in real time
- developing and exploring techniques for improving efficiency and robustness of embedded software solution
- communicating with clients about needs from concept planning to final product testing

I am confused between following two NOCs
2147: Computer Engineer
2173: Software Engineer

Any insight or advice would be really helpful

2147 is more applicable to hardware/network engineer/administration kind of jobs, you can also look at 2174.

I meant 2147 is less applicable to the job duties you mentioned, I am not 100% sure though.

thanks ! I also think that and am leaning towards 2173 , but it is quite confusing to choose
