PR card send by mail - Inland

Hi,

My partner recently got the good news regarding his PR application.
We are currently waiting to receive his PR card though the mail, we are inland.

Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the card by mail ?
It has been few weeks that we received the news from Immigration office but no PR card yet.

If anyone had experience with this, please share.

This site says 132 days for PR card processing right now.
