ONLINE DIPLOMA FROM A DLI IN BC

What if I get an online graduate diploma from a DLI of BC

1. Does it count for the tab 'education in Canada' (in the EE profile)?
2. Is is acceptable for EEBC-International Graduate??

1. If you completed your whole course online outside of Canada, then no.
2. Probably not as it says you need to study in Canada. Also you need a job offer and work experience related to that job offer too.

So what does the last sentence mean? :/

Distance learning education counts for points but you can't claim extra points for Canadian distance education as stated in the prior sentence (IN Canada). Many people take distance learning programs from any country.

If i take distance learning from a Can DLI (while settled in my native country does not count) ?

I dont get the part that you said, it's like: yes, but no. Does count for points, but not extra points?? what extra points are you talking to ? which category offers extra points? I did not know anything about extra points

If you have a study permit, come to Canada to study then you can count your education as Canadian education and you will get additional CRS points for it. 30 additional points.

If you don't come to Canada, you can still count your education but not as Canadian education.
