That email means nothing. That is simply an informational email that is being sent in batches so that applicants are aware that there is a new status dashboard.

18 June received test invite email
I passed my exam on 17th June . I forgot to print or email the results. The last day of the time period for the test was 20th June . There is no update until now on the tracker. Do I have to wait more .
It really depends on the office processing your application. Mine got updated in couple of days after I gave my test. I would say give it a few more days.
