Is it possible that we can re do medical test before one month as my medical will expired in july as I have to travel in August?

But the problem is medical center in my country are saying you can't do medical right now as it is still valid or you should ask embassy to issue medical request letter

Oh. This is tricky. Are you already approved? In that case I would suggest raise a webform and ask IRCC about it. Show then you are bound to travel in August and cannot delay your classes so they might help. Also, try checking with other physicians in the panel (sometimes some physicians are more uptight than the others but this will only work if there is no strict instruction from IRCC to doctors already).
